Verónica
The creation of porcelain tableware inspired by flowers and vegetables dates back to the 18th and 19th centuries in Europe, and especially in England.
Veronica is an exquisite piece of porcelain, decorated using two different artistic techniques. Its colorful background of blue and ocher tones, hand-painted with the hand-sponging technique with ceramic pigments, suggests an aged but lively appearance that adds depth to the piece. The decoration of this sink is intensified with the flowers scattered on its surface, made using ceramic tracings.
Verónica is a refined piece that requires a long process of hand-painting and decorating, in addition to subjecting the porcelain to different firings, for a result that achieves the charm of English tableware and the appearance of the passage of time.
